We represent Surrogates in the state of California and can represent Surrogates in other states when an attorney from the surrogate's state is involved or the Intended Parent(s)' attorney is licensed in the Surrogate's state. If we cannot represent you, then we will happily refer you to another attorney. Your Intended Parent(s) pay all legal fees. Our legal services for Surrogates are:

  • Review and negotiation of the contract drafted by the Intended Parent(s)' attorney
  • Review the pre-birth order to establish the Intended Parent(s)' parental rights with the court
  • Execute legal clearance letter to the Intended Parent(s)' attorney
  • Keep your surrogacy agency informed
  • Review of agency retainer agreements, if requested
  • Review of any clinic forms, if requested
