Meet Emily
Emily Dubin Field, MBA is a mom thanks to IVF and surrogacy. It was a long, hard and emotional road for her to finally become a mom. She is very open about her fertility journey and feels that when you go through something in life then who better than you to do something about it.
She has her MBA in nonprofit management and has dedicated her career to making a difference in the world. Emily is a New Leaders Council Fellow and Coro Leadership Fellow, she is also a Spirit of Life Volunteer Award Recipient and Honoree and former Chair of the Associate Board for Our House Grief Support Center, and the David Lieber Leadership Award Recipient and Graduate School speaker from the American Jewish University. Emily spent over a decade working at various nonprofit organizations doing fundraising, strategic planning, event planning, board and volunteer management, operations and more.
Emily and her husband Gregg started Field Fertility in February 2016, which is a legal and consulting business working with Intended Parents, Surrogates, Egg Donors, Sperm Donors and Embryo Donors.
Field Fertility is a member of American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the Society of Ethics of Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS), American Bar Association (ABA) – Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), Resolve the National Infertility Association, Men Having Babies, Family Equality and supporter of Feit 4 Kidz Fertility Fund and Baby Quest Foundation.
Emily is the business manager for Field Fertility and responsible for the strategy, operations and marketing of the firm. Emily also does consulting for clients and helps prospective Intended Parents navigate the very beginning steps in the surrogacy journey.
Emily is an author and co-wrote the book , 'Experience Surrogacy: Perspective and Advice from a Surrogate's and Intended Parent's Pregnancy Journey Together. '
