Parental Rights Finalization

As part of our Intended Parent legal representation, we handle all of the Parental Right Finalization / pre-birth order documents with the court. This ensures that you are the legal parent(s), your name(s) will be on baby's birth certificate and you make all decisions for the baby at the hospital.

 As part of our Surrogate legal representation, we will review with you all of the pre-birth order documents stating that the Intended Parent(s) are the legal parent(s).
