We represent Sperm Donors helping an individual or couple start or grow their family through sperm donation. Your Intended Parent(s) pay all legal fees. Our legal services for Sperm Donors are:

1. Review and negotiation of the contract drafted by the Intended Parent(s)' attorney
2. Execute legal clearance letter to the Intended Parent(s)' attorney
3. Keep your sperm donation bank/agency informed, if applicable
4. Review of agency retainer agreements, if requested
5. Review of any clinic forms, if requested
